Poly Edge E100, E220, E300, E320, E350, E400, E450, E500 and E550, Edge V200, V250, V250 Plus, V400, V450, V650, V800 and V850, CCX 400, CCX 500, CCX 505, CCX 600 and CCX 700, VVX and most SoundPoint IP models use the APP-51. Poly CCX 350 and Edge B10, B20 and B30 use the APD-80 instead. Legacy SoundPoint IP 320, 321, 330 and 331 need the APP-51 together with Poly 2.5 mm adapter 2200-11095-002. Some phone headset ports can support direct USB-C audio connection - check your user manual.
