Susan walked into a political game she did not know how to play. She knew after the first few Motions in court the judge was corrupt so her attorney put the over 30 Motions on the record in hopes she could Appeal and go to the Supreme Court. She knew if she could make it to the Supreme Court her case would become case-law and set precedence across the entire United States and shut down the Michigan Medical Marijuana Facilities License Act (MMFLA), a law enforcement/prosecuting attorney racketeering scheme not voted in by the people.Once inside the jail she put her Research Paralegal skills to work and audited the Kent County Correctional Facility (KCCF) from within. What she uncovered showed the corruption depth and breath and how Kent County supports one of the worse corruption networks in Michigan.She states “Usually when I do an audit in my line of work, and I report corruption, I get an acknowledgment letter that things will be fixed and I can follow-up and hear what transpired.” Yet she claims none of this happened within Kent County.
