Agile Cook Book

Working professionals are always in the search of putting together healthy meals, without spending too much time in the kitchen. The ‘Agile Cookbook’ is an answer to this quest – ‘quality’ meals at ‘speed’, leveraging author’s own experiences and learnings. The book covers a range of dishes - soups and salads to main course and desserts. The dishes are for most part Indian vegetarian, cuisines from different parts of India .The author has included certain signature dishes which are her own creations.About the Author: Ushasri comes from a family which has a blend of multiple regions primarily across South India with a healthy experience of North India too. As a senior working professional, Ushasri had always needed to balance a busy working schedule while meeting the needs at home. The idea of ‘Agile Cooking’ has germinated through these experiences. Experimentation lies at the core of these ideas augmented by the concept of the Indian Jugaad as well as the need to continuously innovate.
